Every product you purchase from Crescent Moon Gifts is guaranteed to be free of defects, or you may contact us immediately for replacement. Replacement is subject to item availability. If exact replacement is not available, replacement will be a comparable item of at least equal value, or refund may be issued.(Color variation on tapestry sheets is not considered a defect).

Your satisfaction is important to us! If unsatisfied for any reason, please email us within 14 days of receiving merchandise for returns and/or exchanges. Items may be returned for a full refund of the purchase price excluding shipping charges. Items must be returned in resalable condition with original packaging intact. Unless defective, used items that are returned will not be refunded or sent back to you.

What locations does your company ship to? Currently we ship to United States & Canada ONLY. Customers outside of the US & Canada may email us, Foreign orders are considered on a case by case basis.

Do I need to pay Sales Tax? WA State residents must pay applicable sales tax of 8.8%. No sales tax is applied to the other US states.

What if the item is Out Of Stock or Discontinued?

All products on this site should be in stock and available. Some products are carried on a seasonal basis and may be temporarily unavailable. In the event that your order includes an out of stock or discontinued item, we will email you requesting your input on back ordering the item, canceling the item, or canceling the order. SUBSTITUTIONS We reserve the right to update model designs, or substitute models or colors whenever these changes represent an equal or better value for our customers. What are your figurines made out of? Unless otherwise specified- Alabastrite Alabastrite is our product line name for polyresin items. Alabastrite is a stone-based material which can be intricately molded producing great detail, and will allow paint to adhere. These items may be cleaned by dusting, however, they should not be washed with water as they are painted with water soluble paints.

All standard cloaks (measured from neck to ground) are approximately 52” long for X-Small and Small, and 54” long for Medium – X-Large and 56” long for 2X – 5X. They can be made shorter or longer upon request.
Please allow 14 days production time as all cloaks & robes are made to order! Also, arm slits and pockets are available on all cloaks and robes.
